Rii.MJ (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has established guidelines for the use of content such as images and videos so that fans can support artists in a more enjoyable and safe manner.
Please read the following and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
These guidelines will be updated from time to time, so please always check the latest guidelines when submitting your content.
Notes regarding fan letters/gifts
Currently, we are only accepting fan letters.
Fan letters will be accepted by the TOMO management office. Please check TOMO's terms of service before sending.

*For safety reasons, staff will check the contents before delivering it to the artist.
*We cannot accept any gifts (including celebratory flowers, stuffed animal telegrams, etc.).
*Items that cannot be identified as letters from their packaging, as well as any other items included (including cash, gift certificates, prepaid cards, etc., items containing contact information), items that may spoil or deteriorate, and anonymous deliveries, may be disposed of at our discretion for security reasons.
Support Advertising Guidelines
[Available materials]
The following materials are available for use when placing a VIBY support advertisement:
Group cut
・Member solo shots
・ "VIBY" official logo
The materials you can use will be sent to you by the Jeki Support Advertising Office. Use of materials obtained from social media or websites is prohibited.
Please refrain from doing so.
[Required information]
Please include the copyright notice "©Rii.MJ" in a clearly visible location on your VIBY support advertisement.
[Ownership of Rights]
The copyright (including the rights under Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) of the VIBY support advertisement produced by the advertiser shall belong to Rii.MJ or shall be transferred to Rii.MJ immediately after the production of the advertisement.
Regarding the VIBY support advertisement created by the advertiser, the advertiser shall notify Rii.MJ and any third party designated by the company of the copyright.
I agree not to exercise my personal rights.
[Prohibited acts]
The following types of VIBY support advertisements are prohibited from being published:
① Obscene language, defamatory language, discriminatory language, political language, cruel language, language that offends third parties,
Works containing expressions that violate other laws or public order and morals.
② Infringement of ownership rights, intellectual property rights including copyrights, and privacy rights of Rii.MJ, VIBY, VIBY members, and other third parties.
Works containing harmful content
③ Works that include or infringe on the ownership rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
④ Works containing expressions that the Jeki Support Advertising Office deems inappropriate.
Please refrain from using the materials for purposes other than placing VIBY support advertisements.
Please refrain from processing, modifying, cropping, or changing the color tone of the usable materials.
Please refrain from using illustrations you have drawn due to copyright restrictions.
- Designs and expressions that could be mistaken for the members' own handwriting are not permitted.
Redistribution of usable materials is prohibited.
- The use of available materials and VIBY support advertisements created by advertisers for the purpose of publicizing and promoting support advertisements is permitted.

- Raising advertising costs through crowdfunding is prohibited.
- When raising funds for advertising through X (formerly Twitter) and other social media platforms, etc., the recruitment of investors and the return on investment of investors.
You may not use any materials that infringe on copyrights or portrait rights, including materials used for gifts or other items.
- Use of advertising results for publicity purposes is prohibited.
- The Jeki Support Advertising Office reserves the right to designate any other actions it deems inappropriate as prohibited.
- If the Jeki Support Advertising Office determines that any of the above prohibited actions have occurred, even after permission for the advertisement has been granted, VIBY support will be revoked.
We reserve the right to revoke permission to publish sponsored advertisements.
[Disclaimer]
Advertisers are responsible for the placement of VIBY support advertisements.
- Rii.MJ and the jeki Support Advertising Office will not be responsible for any disputes that may arise between advertisers and third parties regarding the placement of VIBY support advertisements.
Regarding any disputes, regardless of their cause, we shall not assume any responsibility whatsoever, and the matter shall be resolved between the advertiser and a third party.
We will resolve this.
- Caused by the placement of VIBY support advertisements (including all circumstances related to placement, such as denial of permission or cancellation of placement).

[Other points to note]
Minors are not permitted to place advertisements.
- Gang members, etc. (gangs, gang members, people who have ceased to be gang members but less than five years have passed since then, quasi-gang members,
Others (or those who fall into similar categories) are not permitted to place support advertisements.
We will not claim copyright infringement when fans post images and videos that our company and our artists publish on our official website, official social media accounts, etc. (excluding paid content) to their personal social media accounts or video distribution sites, except for commercial purposes.

Please refrain from using any of the images or videos listed below as "Examples of images and videos that cannot be used" and from engaging in any of the "Prohibited Activities."

・Images and videos for paid members of fan clubs, etc.
・Photos that include people other than the artists (talents from other agencies, members of the public, etc.)
- Any other content that is individually prohibited by our company
*Please note that even if the images or videos are "images or videos posted by our company or affiliated artists on official websites or official social media (excluding paid content)," they cannot be used if they fall under these categories.

・Posting images and videos of our company and our affiliated artists other than "images and videos posted by our company and our affiliated artists on their official websites and official SNS accounts (excluding paid content)."
・Any action that damages the image/honor of the artist or our company, or any defamation
- Malicious manipulation, alteration, excessive editing, use for AI training, and the generation and publication of content that imitates or alters an artist's appearance or singing voice using generative AI.
- Use for commercial purposes (excluding standard monetization features on personal social media accounts (such as YouTube advertising revenue and tipping features), any act of directly obtaining compensation using this content or use by a corporation is considered commercial).
- Impersonation that could lead to the misunderstanding that the account is an official account
・Mirroring live broadcasts/PPV live broadcasts
・Posts that include content that is political, religious, anti-social, or contrary to public order and morals
・Reposting content that has been officially deleted or made private
・Posts that infringe on the intellectual property rights (portrait rights, music rights, etc.) of a third party

- If the post contains rights other than those of our company, you will need to obtain permission from the intellectual property rights holder in addition to these guidelines.
・Notwithstanding the provisions of these guidelines, if we deem it necessary, we may request that users individually cease using the Content. In severe cases or if a prompt response is not provided, we may take legal action.
・Please note that we will not be held responsible for any damages that may arise from revisions to these guidelines.
- These guidelines are not intended to transfer or grant, either explicitly or implicitly, any copyright or other rights held by our company.
- If a dispute arises with a third party as a result of a post, the poster must resolve it at their own responsibility and expense, and our company will not bear any responsibility whatsoever.
Regarding the handling of copyrighted materials
We only permit the production of merchandise using copyrighted material related to artists (photos, logos, illustrations, etc.) for personal enjoyment.
・Prohibition of sales and distribution: Selling original goods to third parties or distributing them to an unspecified number of people (whether for a fee or free of charge) is prohibited as it violates portrait rights and publicity rights. The same applies to goods created using the artist's portrait or illustration.
・Restrictions on expression: Even for personal use, please refrain from creating content that damages the artist's dignity.
