■ About application and winning
・Each person may apply to multiple members, and may also apply to the same member multiple times.
Each winning call will be approximately 30 seconds long. The call will automatically end when the time is up, even if the conversation is still ongoing.
If you are selected, you will be assigned to a session at random. Please note that we cannot accept changes to your assigned session.

■ About the WithLIVE Meet&Greet app
This event will use the smartphone/tablet app "WithLIVE Meet&Greet". Please register for an account and download the app (free) in advance.
This app is for smartphones or tablets only. It cannot be used on a computer. iOS 13.0 or later, or Android 7.0 or later is required.
・For inquiries on the day of the online event, please contact the WithLIVE Meet&Greet Support Center (support-mg@withlive.jp Please contact us through the designated channel. We are unable to assist you if you contact us through any other channels.

■ Regarding identity verification
To prevent resale and transfer, we will be conducting identity verification on the day of the event. Please bring identification that matches the information you registered when applying.
Please prepare the following documents as proof of identity.

"Photo ID" (showing the person's name and photo): 1 type
Alternatively, two types of "ID without a photo" (documents that can verify the person's name).
*Two of the same item are not allowed.
*Copies of identification documents are not accepted.

*Please note that documents other than those listed above, such as bank passbooks, medical cards, invoices, various membership cards, and various types of mail, will not be accepted as "proof of identity" even if your name is printed on them.
*A combination of a credit card and a debit card will not be treated as "two types" of cards.
If you do not possess any of these items, or if (1) the application information provided at the time of purchase and (2) the information on your identification document (name, address, photo, etc.) do not match, you will be denied participation in the event, regardless of the reason.
In this case, we cannot accept order cancellations or returns.
Please note that we will not compensate for any expenses related to participating in the fan event.
The purpose is not to verify the shipping address, but to confirm that the person who purchased the CD and the person attending are the same individual. Even if you set the CD delivery address to a Japanese address, you can currently verify your identity even if you live overseas, as long as you have a photo ID (e.g., passport).

■Regarding identity verification
For the identity verification process being conducted this time, tampering with, forging, or using forged identity documents, as well as lending or borrowing identity documents, are strictly prohibited.
In either case, we will refuse your participation and prohibit you from participating in all future VIBY events.

*Screen recording, audio recording, and screenshot capture are strictly prohibited. (If detected by the app's functions, communication will be immediately cut off, and you will be prohibited from participating in future events.)
*If any behavior that violates public order and morals, or inappropriate demands are made to the members, the event will be terminated at the discretion of the staff.
*Resale, copying, or forgery of winning rights is strictly prohibited. Winning rights obtained through resale via internet auctions, etc., will be invalidated.
*Personal information provided when applying for this event will be used solely for event announcements and other administrative processing purposes, and will not be used for any other purpose. ■Regarding prohibited actions
If a winner engages in any of the prohibited actions listed below, we may cancel the online event, and the purchaser agrees not to object to our decision.
