Finally, tomorrow, May 22nd (Friday) at 6 PM, 'VIBY Live in Hokkaido' will be held at Sapporo Factory Atrium in Hokkaido!

This live performance will be a self-produced show by VIBY, with the setlist and stage production all conceived by the members themselves.

To all those planning to attend, we would like to inform you of some important points to keep in mind for the day.
To help us create the best possible live show, please be sure to check the following before you come!

*No prior registration is required. Anyone can come to the venue on the day of the event to watch.
 
■ Information and fun details for the day
Meeting time:
The meeting time is 17:00.
*Please note that arriving before the designated meeting time (e.g., waiting from early morning) is strictly prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to the venue. Please arrive at the designated time.

Regarding the event: Photography and video recording will be permitted on the day of the event.
Please be considerate and avoid including the faces of other customers in your photos. Unauthorized photography and posting to social media may lead to trouble and infringement of portrait rights. If you publish the photos you take on social media, please be sure to blur or otherwise obscure the faces of other people.

■ About the meet-and-greet and send-off event
After the live performance, we will be holding a meet-and-greet and farewell event. We will guide you in order from the front of the venue.
The meet-and-greet and farewell event will end at 19:10. We will guide customers in order from the front, but please note that it will end as soon as the time is up.

• Special benefits for visitors only
We have a special gift prepared for everyone who comes to the event on the day.
The VIBY members will hand them to you during the farewell event.

Please note that each person is limited to receiving only one of the special gifts on the day of the event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to stamp (or check) your gift to prevent duplicate receipts.

■ About merchandise sales
A selection of 'VIBY's CAFE' merchandise will be available for a limited time at "CANDY A☆GO☆GO! Sapporo Factory Store" located next to the venue. Please come and visit us!

■ Important: Notes (Please read carefully)
To avoid causing any inconvenience to the venue and to ensure everyone can enjoy themselves safely, please be sure to follow the rules below.

Requests regarding your arrival and waiting:
We ask that you follow the instructions of our staff on the day of the event.
Please refrain from arriving before 17:00 or waiting in line early in the morning. Please arrive at the designated time.
After the farewell event has ended, please move away from the venue as quickly as possible.

Regarding cheering goods and equipment:
You are allowed to bring cheering goods, but please be considerate of those around you, such as not obstructing the view of people behind you.
・Bringing in or using large equipment, tripods, or professional photography equipment that occupies space is strictly prohibited.

Regarding recording and media filming:
・Please be aware that ABEMA will be filming a program, and media coverage and recording will take place on the day of the event. You may appear on the broadcast.

Other notes:
Depending on the crowd situation, we may have to restrict viewing.
・Participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation costs to and from the location.
・Events may be canceled or their content changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
