[Announcement] Information regarding the "Photography Regulations" and the establishment of the "Official TOMO Camera Area" for the release event commemorating the release of VIBY's 1st CD Single "Miracle: The First Light".

We would like to provide additional information regarding the release events in three cities across Japan, as well as the collaborative event with the Nishitetsu Group to be held in Fukuoka, in order to help attendees enjoy the events even more.

■ Regarding photography during the "Airline Ticket-Style Profile Card Handover Event"

Although we previously announced that photography was prohibited during the fan event, we will now allow you to take photos and videos with your smartphone while participating in the meet-and-greet session.

⚠️ Important notes regarding in-person photo shoots
This event involves receiving profile cards from all five members in turn. To ensure a safe and smooth event, we ask for your cooperation with the following points.

Walking while staring at your smartphone screen is extremely dangerous as it can obstruct your view and cause falls or collisions. When filming, please start recording beforehand and keep your eyes focused on the direction you are going or the faces of the members, not on your smartphone screen.
・If you are holding a smartphone in one hand and a cheering board or similar item in the other, you will not be able to receive a card. When participating, please make sure to take precautions to ensure you can receive your profile card smoothly, such as preparing a bag or similar item to immediately store the card you receive.
• To prevent your smartphone from falling while shooting, we recommend using a neck strap or similar device.
Flash photography and live streaming on social media are strictly prohibited.
- Taking photos in person with cameras other than smartphones (such as compact digital cameras) remains prohibited.

■ Regarding the establishment of the "Official TOMO Camera Area (Professional Camera Area)"

During this event, photography with smartphones and other devices is permitted in all areas, both during the mini-live performance and the meet-and-greet session. However, for customers using larger equipment such as SLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, and telephoto lenses, a dedicated "Official TOMO Camera Area" will be set up at each venue.
*The use of large cameras and telephoto lenses outside of the "Official TOMO Camera Area" is prohibited as it obstructs the view of other customers (only smartphones, tablets, or compact digital cameras that fit in one hand (with non-interchangeable lenses) are permitted in the general area). Those using large equipment must enter this area.

📸 Information and precautions regarding the "Official TOMO Camera Area"
- Regarding area settings
The official TOMO camera area is planned to be set up in the [rear block] or [side area] of the "priority viewing area". (*The actual location and size will vary depending on the venue. Please check at the venue on the day of the event.)
The official TOMO camera area may change depending on the venue environment and weather conditions during the mini-live and fan meet-and-greet sessions.

・ How to enter
When distributing numbered tickets on the day of the event, customers who request it will receive an "Official TOMO Camera Area Admission Ticket" instead of the regular "Priority Viewing Area Numbered Ticket." (Please note that we cannot give you both tickets at the same time, so please choose one.)
The capacity of the "Official TOMO Camera Area" varies depending on the venue. Entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and will end once the planned number of spots is filled. Please check the details at the venue on the day of the event.

Regarding available equipment
You are allowed to bring in SLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, digital cameras, etc.
Prohibited actions regarding photography
To ensure the safety of the entire venue and to avoid obstructing the view of other customers, The use of tripods, monopods, step ladders, and selfie sticks is strictly prohibited. Please ensure you are holding the camera by hand or wearing it around your neck when taking photos.
Flash photography and live streaming on social media are strictly prohibited.
During the meet-and-greet session, you are not permitted to take photos with large cameras while you are interacting with the members. (Only handheld or neck-worn smartphone photos are allowed.)
Large lenses that severely obstruct the view of other customers may be restricted from use at the discretion of our staff.

• Regarding the management of your luggage
Please be responsible for the safekeeping of your own valuables, including cameras, while inside the venue.
Please keep your belongings, including cameras, within your own personal space (such as at your feet). Please refrain from placing your belongings in the aisle or in adjacent spaces.

⚠️ General requests and disclaimers regarding photography and social media posting
When posting videos or photos to social media, etc., please be sure to respect the privacy and portrait rights of other customers by using stamps, mosaics, etc., to prevent their faces from being identified.
The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any troubles between attendees regarding photography, posting, or damage to equipment. Please enjoy photography while respecting the rules and manners.

All the members and staff are looking forward to your visit!
