New[Announcement] VIBY's 1st CD Single "Miracle: The First Light"
Information regarding arrangements for rainy or inclement weather at the release event (Tokyo venue)
Regarding the release event scheduled to be held this weekend, Saturday, June 27th, at DiverCity Tokyo Plaza in Tokyo, we are carefully considering whether or not to hold the event in light of the approaching typhoon.
To all those planning to attend, we would like to inform you in advance about our policy regarding event arrangements in case of rain or severe weather.
Please read this to ensure the safe operation of the event.
■ About the basic policy
This event is scheduled to proceed regardless of rain.
■ Changes or cancellations to the event due to inclement weather
In the event of severe weather such as heavy rain, strong winds, or thunderstorms, or if there is a sudden deterioration in weather conditions, we may take one of the following measures on short notice, prioritizing the safety of our customers and members. Please understand this in advance.
- Cancellation of the event
- The mini-live performance will be canceled, and only a "meet-and-greet" event will be held in an outdoor plaza with tents set up.
■ Changes to the operation of the fan event (meet-and-greet)
Depending on the weather conditions, and for safety reasons, we may change the method of handing out the profile cards from "directly handed out by the members" to "handed out by staff."
*Even in that case, we are making preparations so that customers with participation tickets can enjoy meeting (communicating with and taking photos with) all the members as planned.
⚠️ Please bring rain gear (raincoat, etc.)
The use of umbrellas (including rain umbrellas and parasols) within the viewing area at outdoor venues is strictly prohibited under any circumstances for safety reasons and to avoid obstructing the view of other spectators. As rain is expected, we ask that all attendees bring rain gear such as raincoats or ponchos. We also recommend bringing plastic bags to protect your belongings.
We will continue to closely monitor future weather conditions and their impact on public transportation, and will make a careful decision regarding the holding of the event. If there are any changes to the event, including whether or not it will be held, we will provide updates on the VIBY Official Site and official X channels as soon as the situation changes, either on the day of the event or as soon as possible. These measures are in place to ensure that all attendees can enjoy the event safely, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
