In response to requests from all of our TOMO fans, we are pleased to announce that we will be holding the "VIBY HOME TOWN TOUR" in August 2026!

This tour will take us to four cities across Japan. In addition to a stage (mini-live) that anyone can watch for free, there will be a special "gift giveaway event (photography allowed)" for VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB "TOMO" monthly plan members, and a "farewell event (photography allowed)" for those who purchased the 1st CD Single. We will implement this.

Anyone can view it for free.
A "priority viewing area" for TOMO members will be set up at the front of the stage.

After the mini-live performance, the fan meet-and-greet will be held in the following order.

<Notes regarding membership status confirmation>
• To verify your membership status, please show us the "My page" screen while logged into the fan club website. Screenshots, screen captures, or printed copies will not be accepted.
Due to congestion around the venue on the day of the event, mobile phone reception may be poor. Please log in in advance before coming to the FC booth.
If you are unable to show your screen due to your smartphone running out of battery or other reasons, we will not be able to provide you with the reward. Please make arrangements in advance, such as bringing your own charger.

<Regarding priority seating area numbered tickets>
・Numbered tickets for the priority viewing area of the live performance will be distributed before the live performance.
・The seat numbers on the numbered tickets will be distributed randomly. Please note that seating is not on a first-come, first-served basis.
・There is a limited number of numbered tickets. Please note that distribution will end once they run out.
Please note that lining up around the venue before the FC booth opens is strictly prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to local residents and other customers.

<Regarding the participation ticket (wristband) for the meet-and-greet>
- After your membership status is confirmed at the FC booth, a staff member will give you a wristband, which you will then put on your arm.
Please note that if you lose your wristband (for any reason, including damage or loss), you will not be able to participate in the meet-and-greet event.
• Please note that the wristband will be collected by staff at the time of (or after) the meet-and-greet event.
Transferring, reselling, or lending wristbands is strictly prohibited. If discovered, you may be denied participation in the meet-and-greet and may be expelled from the fan club.

This is a sheet that can be inserted into TOMO's Diary, which will be given as a gift to monthly plan members at the VIBY DEBUT SHOWCASE "VIBY LAND" held at Budokan on August 31st.

<How to participate in the meet-and-greet>
・When you enter the handover event lane, we will check the wristband that was given to you at the FC booth.
Please keep the wristband that the staff member attached to your arm at the FC booth on until the end of the meet-and-greet session.
- Each member is limited to receiving one special gift per venue.
• Even if you have multiple accounts, you can only receive the special gift once per person per venue. Multiple participation is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
• The distribution of the special offer will end once supplies run out. We will not be able to send it at a later date. Also, we cannot hold items for you. Thank you for your understanding.
The meet-and-greet will end as soon as the line is finished. You will not be able to participate after the meet-and-greet has ended, even if you have a wristband, so please line up at the meet-and-greet lane as soon as possible.
Please note that participating members and the schedule may change at short notice.
Please note that during the meet-and-greet, you will not be able to shake hands, high-five, or otherwise interact with the members, nor will you be able to hand them gifts or fan letters directly.

• Available payment methods (cash, credit card, electronic money, etc.) vary by venue. Depending on the venue's communication conditions, payment methods other than cash may not be available.

■ Purchase limit and sales end date
・There is a limit to the number of CDs available for sale and the number of "Meet & Greet Participation Tickets". Please note that sales and ticket distribution will end once the planned number of items has been reached.
If we anticipate a larger-than-expected turnout, we may set a limit on the number of CDs that can be purchased in a single transaction to allow more people to participate. (If a limit is set, we will announce it at the sales booth before CD sales begin on the day of the event.)

■ Distribution and participation method for the special event participation ticket (farewell event)
・For each eligible product purchased, you will receive one "Special Event Participation Ticket (Meet and Greet)" on a first-come, first-served basis. One participation ticket allows you to participate once in the meet and greet session of your choice.
- You will receive one "Special Event Participation Ticket (Meet and Greet)" for each ticket purchased.
If you wish to participate multiple times, please rejoin the end of the line after your first participation.
*Depending on the progress of the event on the day, you may be asked to submit multiple tickets at once.
• Each session's fan event will end as soon as the line is finished. You will not be able to participate even if you have a participation ticket after the event has ended, so please line up as soon as possible.

[Regarding photography and social media posting] (Applies to all areas and all fan events)
During this event, you are permitted to take photos and videos with your smartphone or other devices during the mini-live performance and the meet-and-greet session.

■ Important notes regarding face-to-face photography during the fan event
To ensure a safe and smooth process, we ask for your cooperation with the following points.
・No using your smartphone while walking: Walking while staring at your smartphone screen is extremely dangerous as it can cause falls and collisions. When taking photos, please start recording beforehand and keep your eyes focused on the direction you are going or the faces of the members, not on your smartphone screen.
- Prohibition of taking selfies (two-shot style) with members: Taking photos using the front camera or other means that include both the photographer and the member in the frame is strictly prohibited.
Holding a smartphone in one hand and luggage or a cheering board in the other will hinder the smooth progress of the event, such as receiving special gifts. Please make arrangements yourself, such as preparing a bag that can be easily stored away.
• To prevent your smartphone from falling while shooting, we recommend using a neck strap or similar device.
Flash photography and live streaming on social media are strictly prohibited.
- Taking photos in person with cameras other than smartphones (such as compact digital cameras) remains prohibited.

■ Regarding the establishment of the "Official TOMO Camera Area (Professional Camera Area)"
・For customers using large equipment such as SLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, and telephoto lenses, a dedicated "Official TOMO Camera Area" will be set up at each venue.
*This area is reserved for those using large equipment for photography. Due to limited space, we ask that customers using only smartphones, tablets, or compact digital cameras refrain from entering.
*The use of large cameras and telephoto lenses outside of the "Official TOMO Camera Area" is prohibited as it obstructs the view of other customers (only smartphones, tablets, or "compact digital cameras that fit in one hand (non-interchangeable lenses)" are permitted in the general area). Those using large equipment must enter this area.

📸 Information and precautions regarding the "Official TOMO Camera Area"
- Regarding area settings
The official TOMO camera area is planned to be set up in the [rear block] or [side area] of the "priority viewing area". (*The actual location and size will vary depending on the venue. Please check at the venue on the day of the event.) This area may be changed depending on the venue environment and weather.

・ How to enter
We plan to guide customers who have TOMO's "Priority Viewing Area Ticket" and wish to take photos with large equipment. The capacity of this area varies depending on the venue. Entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and will end once the planned number of people is reached. Further details will be announced later on the FC website.

Regarding available equipment
This event is for those who bring and use large equipment such as SLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, and telephoto lenses. (Please refrain from entering using only a smartphone or similar device.)

• Prohibited actions regarding photography
To ensure the safety of the entire venue and to prevent obstructing the view of other customers, the use of tripods, monopods, step ladders, and selfie sticks is strictly prohibited. Please take photos handheld or around your neck.
Flash photography and live streaming on social media are strictly prohibited.
During meet-and-greet events and farewell sessions, you are not permitted to take photos with large cameras while you are interacting with the members. (Only handheld or neck-worn smartphone photos are allowed.)
Large lenses that severely obstruct the view of other customers may be restricted from use at the discretion of our staff.

• Regarding the management of your luggage
Please be responsible for the safekeeping of your own valuables, including cameras, while inside the venue.
Please keep your belongings, including cameras, within your own personal space (such as at your feet). Please refrain from placing your belongings in the aisle or in adjacent spaces.

⚠️ Request and disclaimer regarding appearances in social media posts
When posting videos or photos you have taken to social media, etc., please be sure to take care to respect the privacy and portrait rights of other customers by blurring or stamping their faces so that they cannot be identified.
The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any troubles that may arise between attendees regarding photography, posting, etc. Please be aware of this in advance and enjoy taking photos while respecting the rules and manners.

[Common precautions]
■ For details on each venue
On the day of the event, the "waiting area" and "meeting place" before sales begin will be specified in detail for each venue. There may also be unique precautions for each facility, so please be sure to check the detailed links for each venue in the "Event Dates and Venues" section above in advance, and follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the event.

■ Notes regarding facilities and venues
The venue is located inside a commercial facility. Any actions that obstruct passage (such as sitting in aisles, leaving belongings unattended, or talking loudly) are strictly prohibited.
Staying overnight or waiting from early morning around the venue is strictly prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to local residents and the facility.
Waiting for members to arrive or leave the venue, or following them around the venue, nearest train stations, airports, etc., is strictly prohibited.

■ Precautions regarding safety management and crime prevention
Customers carrying metal objects, utility knives, scissors, or other items deemed dangerous will be denied entry.
There is no luggage storage facility at the venue. Please manage your own belongings and valuables. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any theft, accidents, etc.
- Participation in the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.

■ Notes regarding event participation
We regretfully decline all gifts and fan letters for the members. Please refrain from bringing them in.
During the fan event, any physical contact with the members, such as grabbing or pulling their hands, is strictly prohibited.
We strictly prohibit any harassing behavior such as slander against members, making immoral remarks, or making inappropriate demands.
・When using cheering boards, fans, etc., please use them at chest height.
• For safety reasons, the use of umbrellas is prohibited in the viewing area during rainy weather at outdoor venues. Please bring rain gear such as a raincoat.
Dangerous activities such as vigorous dancing and jumping are prohibited.
If you are accompanied by a child of elementary school age or older, each child will need their own participation ticket/numbered ticket.
Customers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids should inform a staff member at the venue on the day of the event.

■ Others
Resale, transfer, or forgery of participation tickets and numbered tickets is strictly prohibited.
• We do not accept returns or refunds for any of the products in question. Defective products will be exchanged for non-defective ones.
Please note that event content, cancellation, or changes to performing members may occur due to weather, natural disasters, artist's circumstances, etc. We cannot compensate for transportation or accommodation expenses in such cases.

[Regarding measures to prevent heatstroke]
*As this event will be held during the summer, please take precautions against heatstroke by bringing a hat, towel, and cooling fan, and by staying hydrated, replenishing electrolytes, and taking breaks as needed.
*If you feel unwell or experience any health problems during the event, please inform a nearby staff member. Also, please inform staff if you notice any sudden changes in the health of other participants or if you observe any signs of illness.
*Please be sure not to overexert yourself when participating.
*In the event of an emergency, we will provide first aid, but the organizers, performers, and venue staff will not be held responsible for any consequences or compensation thereafter.
