The release event at DiverCity Tokyo Plaza in Tokyo, which was unfortunately canceled due to the effects of the typhoon, has been postponed due to the strong desire of the members to meet all the TOMOs who were unable to attend. After much discussion among the VIBY members and staff, we have decided to hold an additional event on August 6th (Thursday) at the Hikari no Hiroba on the 1st floor of Aeon Lake Town kaze!

On this day, a fan song dedicated to all of TOMO's fans. "Gotcha (gacha)" We will be performing it for the first time! Furthermore, we have decided to hold a special "VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB 'TOMO' Exclusive Premium Group Autograph Session," which will be VIBY's first ever! Of course, there will also be a mini-live performance that anyone can watch, and a meet-and-greet for those who purchase the CD on the day.

[Event details and how to participate]
1. Mini-live performance (free admission)
Anyone can watch for free. A "priority viewing area" will be set up in front of the stage, and an "official TOMO camera area" will be set up behind the priority viewing area.


2. VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB "TOMO" Exclusive Premium Group Autograph Session (For those who purchased in advance and won the lottery)
This is a special autograph session to be held at the VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB "TOMO" official shop. 50 people will be selected by lottery from those who purchase the designated CD, and a total of 100 people will be invited to each session. The members will sign a specially made autograph board in a relay format.
Since all seats will be reserved and you will be waiting in line, winners will remain seated throughout the autograph session, allowing them to comfortably observe and photograph the members.
• Time allotted to each participant: 30 seconds per person (signing on one piece of colored paper in a relay format)
Regarding general admission: Even during the group autograph session, you can view and photograph the members from the general viewing area (only permitted with designated equipment).

■ Regarding identity verification for group autograph sessions
On the day of the event, we will verify your identity at the winner's reception. Please be sure to bring the designated photo ID specified by the organizer. Please be sure to check the required types of ID and other important notes in advance. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise if you are unable to verify your identity.


3. Special farewell event (for those who purchase a CD on the day)
This is a special event for those who purchase eligible products at the special booth at the venue on the day of the event. After the mini-live performance, the members will see you off.

*CDs purchased on the day of the event will be eligible for a "Meet and Greet Participation Ticket," a "Priority Viewing Area Ticket," and an "Official TOMO Camera Area Admission Ticket."
You will not be eligible for the lottery for the VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB "TOMO" exclusive group autograph session. Please be aware of this.

■ Payment Methods and Important Notes
• Payment at the venue can be made by cash, credit card (single payment only), PayPay, d払い, or au PAY. Depending on the communication status, payment methods other than cash may not be available.
Please note that gift certificates, coupons, store promotions, and various point cards/parking ticket services are not eligible for rewards.
We cannot issue receipts or invoices.

■ Regarding the maximum number of items that can be purchased
If we anticipate a larger-than-expected number of attendees, we may set a limit on the number of CDs that can be purchased in a single transaction. If a limit is imposed, we will announce it at the sales booth before CD sales begin on the day of the event.

■ Regarding numbered tickets for the priority viewing area and the official TOMO camera area
For each eligible product purchased, you will receive one "Priority Viewing Area Ticket" or one "Official TOMO Camera Area Admission Ticket" on a first-come, first-served basis.

As a general rule, only one ticket will be distributed per transaction. The ticket numbers will be distributed randomly, and distribution will end once the predetermined number of tickets has been reached. Depending on the crowd situation on the day, we may change the restrictions at short notice.

■ How to participate in the farewell event
For each eligible product purchased, you will receive one "Meet and Greet Ticket" on a first-come, first-served basis. Each ticket allows you to participate in a meet and greet session with all the members once.

If you wish to participate multiple times, please rejoin the end of the line after your first participation. Depending on the progress of the event on the day, you may be asked to submit multiple tickets at once.
The fan event will end as soon as the line is finished. You will not be able to participate even if you have a participation ticket after the event has ended, so please get in line as soon as possible.


[Regarding photography and social media posting]
Photography and videography are permitted during the mini-live performance and various fan events. However, please note that the rules regarding permitted photography equipment vary depending on the event and area you are participating in, so please be sure to check the information below.

[Important] Regarding the use of tripods, monopods, etc.
To ensure the safety of the entire venue and to prevent obstructing the view of other customers, the use of tripods, monopods, step ladders, selfie sticks, etc., is strictly prohibited in all areas, including during the mini-live and meet-and-greet, with the exception of winners of the "VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB 'TOMO' Limited Premium Group Autograph Session" (for use at their assigned seats).

■ Photography rules for the general viewing area and farewell event
Only smartphones, tablets, or compact digital cameras that fit in one hand (with non-interchangeable lenses) are permitted. The use of large equipment such as SLR cameras is strictly prohibited (if you wish to use large equipment, please use the "Official TOMO Camera Area" or the "VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB 'TOMO' Autograph Session Winning Seats").

■ Official TOMO Camera Area (General Public Viewing)
If you are using large equipment such as a DSLR camera, please enter this area.

・Admission Method: Upon purchasing a CD, you will receive an "Official TOMO Camera Area Admission Ticket" on a first-come, first-served basis. (This is an alternative to a priority viewing area ticket.)
Equipment restrictions: The use of tripods, monopods, step ladders, and selfie sticks is strictly prohibited. Please take photos handheld or around your neck.
Lens restrictions: Large lenses that severely obstruct the view of other customers may be restricted at the discretion of our staff.
• Luggage Management: Please keep your belongings, including cameras, in your own designated space (such as at your feet). Please refrain from placing your belongings in aisles or adjacent spaces.

■ Important notes regarding face-to-face photography during the farewell event
To ensure a safe and smooth process, we ask for your cooperation with the following points.

Walking while staring at your smartphone screen (walking while using your phone) is extremely dangerous as it can obstruct your view and cause you to fall or collide with others. When filming, make sure you start recording beforehand, and keep your eyes focused on the direction you are going or the faces of the members, not on your smartphone screen.

- Prohibition of taking selfies (two-shot style) with members: Taking photos using the front camera or other methods that include both the photographer and the member in the frame is strictly prohibited. For smooth proceedings and safety reasons, please point your camera lens only at the member when taking photos.

• To prevent your smartphone from falling while shooting, we recommend using a neck strap or similar device.

Flash photography and live streaming on social media are strictly prohibited.

- Taking photos in person with cameras other than smartphones (such as compact digital cameras) remains prohibited.

■ Special photo session rules for winners of the "VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB 'TOMO' Exclusive Premium Group Autograph Session"
The following special rules apply only to customers who have won a spot in the autograph session and have a designated waiting seat.

- Filming: Filming with a DSLR camera or similar device from the waiting area is permitted throughout the entire event.
• Equipment: Tripods and monopods are permitted. However, they must be kept within the area of your seat, and their use at a height that obstructs the view of other passengers or that extends into the aisle is prohibited.

⚠️ Request and disclaimer regarding appearances in social media posts
When posting videos or photos you have taken to social media, etc., please be sure to take care to respect the privacy and portrait rights of other customers by blurring or stamping their faces so that they cannot be identified.
The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any troubles that may arise between attendees regarding photography, posting, etc. Please enjoy photography while respecting the rules and manners.


[Common precautions]
■ Notes regarding facilities and venues
The venue is an open-space commercial facility. Any actions that obstruct other customers or pedestrian traffic (such as sitting in aisles, leaving belongings unattended, or talking loudly) are strictly prohibited.
Staying overnight or waiting from early morning around the venue is strictly prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to local residents and the facility.
Waiting for members before or after the event, or following them around the venue or nearest train station, is strictly prohibited.

■ Precautions regarding safety management and crime prevention
Customers carrying metal objects, utility knives, scissors, or other items deemed dangerous will be denied entry.
There is no luggage storage facility at the venue. Please manage your own belongings and valuables. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any theft, accidents, etc.
- Participation in the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.

■ Notes regarding event participation
We regretfully decline all gifts and fan letters for the members. Please refrain from bringing them in.
During the fan event, any physical contact with the members, such as grabbing or pulling their hands, is strictly prohibited.
We strictly prohibit any harassing behavior such as slander against members, making immoral remarks, or making inappropriate demands.
・When using cheering boards, fans, etc., please use them at chest height.
Dangerous activities such as vigorous dancing and jumping are prohibited.
If you are accompanied by a child of elementary school age or older, each child will need their own participation ticket/numbered ticket.
Customers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids should inform a staff member at the venue on the day of the event.
・To prevent heatstroke, please take sufficient care of your own health, such as staying hydrated.

■ Others
Resale, transfer, or forgery of participation tickets and numbered tickets is strictly prohibited.
• We do not accept returns or refunds for any of the products in question. Defective products will be exchanged for non-defective ones.
Please note that event content, cancellation, or changes to performing members may occur due to weather, natural disasters, artist's circumstances, etc. We cannot compensate for transportation or accommodation expenses in such cases.
