After discussions with all parties involved and considering all circumstances, we have decided to cancel the event at Aeon Lake Town Kaze, while keeping the date the same, and change the venue to Nikke Colton Plaza in Chiba Prefecture.

1. Mini-live performance (free admission)
Anyone can watch for free. A "priority viewing area" will be set up in front of the stage, and an "official TOMO camera area" will be set up behind the priority viewing area.

2. VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB "TOMO" Exclusive Premium Group Autograph Session (For those who purchased in advance and won the lottery)
This is a special autograph session to be held at the VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB "TOMO" official shop. 50 people will be selected by lottery from those who purchase the designated CD, and a total of 100 people will be invited to each session. The members will sign a specially made autograph board in a relay format.
Since all seats will be reserved and you will be waiting in line, winners will remain seated throughout the autograph session, allowing them to comfortably observe and photograph the members.
Time allotted for each participant: 30 seconds per person (signing on one sheet of colored paper in a relay format)

■ Regarding the maximum number of items that can be purchased
If we anticipate a larger-than-expected number of attendees, we may set a limit on the number of CDs that can be purchased in a single transaction. If a limit is imposed, we will announce it at the sales booth before CD sales begin on the day of the event.

■ Regarding numbered tickets for the priority viewing area and the official TOMO camera area
For each eligible product purchased, you will receive one "Priority Viewing Area Ticket" or one "Official TOMO Camera Area Admission Ticket" on a first-come, first-served basis.
As a general rule, only one ticket will be distributed per transaction. The ticket numbers will be distributed randomly, and distribution will end once the predetermined number of tickets has been reached. Depending on the crowd situation on the day, we may change the restrictions at short notice.

■ How to participate in the farewell event
For each eligible product purchased, you will receive one "Meet and Greet Ticket" on a first-come, first-served basis. Each ticket allows you to participate in a meet and greet session with all the members once.
If you wish to participate multiple times, please rejoin the end of the line after your first participation. Depending on the progress of the event on the day, you may be asked to submit multiple tickets at once.
The fan event will end as soon as the line is finished. You will not be able to participate even if you have a participation ticket after the event has ended, so please get in line as soon as possible.

[Regarding photography and social media posting]
Photography and videography are permitted during the mini-live performance and various fan events. However, please note that the rules regarding permitted photography equipment vary depending on the event and area you are participating in, so please be sure to check the information below.

To ensure the safety of the entire venue and to prevent obstructing the view of other customers, the use of tripods, monopods, step ladders, selfie sticks, etc., is strictly prohibited in all areas, including during the mini-live and meet-and-greet, with the exception of winners of the "VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB 'TOMO' Limited Premium Group Autograph Session" (for use at their assigned seats).

■ Photography rules for the general viewing area and farewell event
Only smartphones, tablets, or compact digital cameras that fit in one hand (with non-interchangeable lenses) are permitted. The use of large equipment such as SLR cameras is strictly prohibited (if you wish to use large equipment, please use the "Official TOMO Camera Area" or the "VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB 'TOMO' Autograph Session Winning Seats").

■ Official TOMO Camera Area (General Public Viewing)
If you are using large equipment such as a DSLR camera, please enter this area.
Admission Method: Upon purchasing a CD, you will receive an "Official TOMO Camera Area Admission Ticket" on a first-come, first-served basis. (This is an alternative to a priority viewing area ticket.)
Equipment Restrictions: The use of tripods, monopods, step ladders, and selfie sticks is strictly prohibited. Please take photos handheld or around your neck.
Lens Restrictions: Large lenses that significantly obstruct the view of other customers may be restricted at the discretion of our staff.
Luggage Management: Please keep your belongings, including cameras, within your own personal space (such as at your feet). Please refrain from placing luggage in aisles or adjacent spaces.

■ Important notes regarding face-to-face photography during the farewell event
To ensure a safe and smooth process, we ask for your cooperation with the following points.
Walking while staring at your smartphone screen (walking while using your phone) is extremely dangerous because it obstructs your view of what's ahead and can cause falls and collisions. When filming, please start recording beforehand and keep your eyes focused on the direction you are going or the faces of the members, not on your smartphone screen.
Selfies with members (two-shot style) are prohibited: Taking photos using the front camera or other methods that include both the photographer and the member in the frame is strictly prohibited. For smooth proceedings and safety reasons, please point your camera lens only at the member when taking photos.
To prevent your smartphone from falling while you're taking photos, we recommend using a neck strap or similar device.
Flash photography and live streaming on social media are strictly prohibited.
Taking photos in person with cameras other than smartphones (such as compact digital cameras) remains prohibited.

Photography: Photography using SLR cameras, etc., is permitted throughout the entire event from the waiting area.

■ Notes regarding facilities and venues
The venue is an open-space commercial facility. Any actions that obstruct other customers or pedestrian traffic (such as sitting in aisles, leaving belongings unattended, or talking loudly) are strictly prohibited.
[Important] Regarding viewing from the atrium space (upper floors): For safety reasons, when viewing from the corridors and balconies on the upper floors, leaning over the railings or sticking out smartphones, cameras, or other photographic equipment or belongings through gaps in the railings or from above to take pictures or hold them is strictly prohibited to prevent accidents from falling.
Staying overnight or waiting from early morning around the venue is strictly prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to local residents and the facility.
Waiting for members before or after the event at the venue or the nearest station, as well as any attempts to track the members, are strictly prohibited.

■ Precautions regarding safety management and crime prevention
Customers carrying metal objects, utility knives, scissors, or other items considered dangerous will be denied entry.
There is no luggage storage facility at the venue. Please manage your own belongings and valuables. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any theft, accidents, etc.
Participation in the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.

■ Notes regarding event participation
We regretfully decline all gifts and fan letters for the members. Please refrain from bringing them in.
During the fan event, any physical contact with the members, such as grabbing or pulling their hands, is strictly prohibited.
Defamation of members, immoral remarks, inappropriate demands, and other disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
When using cheering boards, fans, etc., please use them at chest height.
Excessive call-and-response, mixing, and jumping are prohibited.
If you are accompanied by a child of elementary school age or older, each child will need their own participation ticket or numbered ticket.
Customers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids should inform a staff member at the venue on the day of the event.
To prevent heatstroke, please take sufficient care of your health, including staying hydrated.

■ Others
Resale, transfer, or forgery of participation tickets and numbered tickets is strictly prohibited.
We do not accept returns or refunds for any of the products in question. Defective products will be exchanged for non-defective ones.
Event details, cancellations, or changes to performing members may occur due to weather, natural disasters, artist's circumstances, etc. We cannot compensate for transportation or accommodation expenses in such cases.
