◼︎VIBY Support Advertising Guidelines
These regulations define the conditions for you (hereinafter referred to as "advertisers") to place support advertisements related to VIBY (hereinafter referred to as "VIBY support advertisements").
When applying to place a VIBY support advertisement, please read these regulations in their entirety and comply with the following points. By submitting an application to place a VIBY support advertisement, you are deemed to have agreed to all of these regulations.

*All matters concerning VIBY support advertisements based on these regulations are handled by Rii.MJ (Avex Entertainment Inc.) (hereinafter referred to as "Rii.MJ") and JR East Planning Co., Ltd., Jeki Support Advertisement Office "Cheering AD". https://cheering-ad.jeki.co.jp/ We have entrusted the operation to the "jeki Support Advertising Office" (hereinafter referred to as the "jeki Support Advertising Office"). The jeki Support Advertising Office, with the approval of Rii.MJ, accepts applications, provides usable materials, reviews and approves the content of advertisements, and provides support.

[Available materials]
The following materials are available for use when placing a VIBY support advertisement (hereinafter referred to as "available materials").

Group cut
・Member solo shots
・ "VIBY" official logo

The materials you can use will be sent to you by the Jeki Support Advertising Office. Use of materials obtained from social media or websites is prohibited.
Please refrain from doing so.

[Required information]
Please include the copyright notice "©Rii.MJ" in a clearly visible location on your VIBY support advertisement.

[Ownership of Rights]
The copyright (including the rights under Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) of the VIBY support advertisement produced by the advertiser shall belong to Rii.MJ or shall be transferred to Rii.MJ immediately after the production of the advertisement.
With respect to the VIBY support advertisements created by the advertiser, the advertiser agrees not to exercise their moral rights as author against Rii.MJ or any third party designated by the company.

[Prohibited acts]
The following types of VIBY support advertisements are prohibited from being published:
① Obscene language, defamatory language, discriminatory language, political language, cruel language, language that offends third parties,
Works containing expressions that violate other laws or public order and morals.
② Infringement of ownership rights, intellectual property rights including copyrights, and privacy rights of Rii.MJ, VIBY, VIBY members, and other third parties.
Works containing harmful content
③ Works that include or infringe on the ownership rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
④ Works containing expressions that the Jeki Support Advertising Office deems inappropriate.
Please refrain from using the materials for purposes other than placing VIBY support advertisements.
Please refrain from processing, modifying, cropping, or changing the color tone of the usable materials.
Please refrain from using illustrations you have drawn due to copyright restrictions.
- Designs and expressions that could be mistaken for the members' own handwriting are not permitted.
Redistribution of usable materials is prohibited.
- You may not use any materials or VIBY support advertisements created by advertisers for the purpose of publicizing or announcing support advertisements.
- Raising advertising costs through crowdfunding is prohibited.
- When raising funds for advertising on X (formerly Twitter) or other social media platforms, you may not use any usable materials or materials that infringe on copyright or portrait rights in soliciting investors or in providing returns (rewards) to investors.
- Use of advertising results for publicity purposes is prohibited.
- The Jeki Support Advertising Office reserves the right to designate any other actions it deems inappropriate as prohibited.
If the Jeki Support Advertising Office determines that any of the prohibited actions described above have occurred, they may revoke the permission to publish the VIBY support advertisement, even after it has been approved.

[Disclaimer]
Advertisers are responsible for the placement of VIBY support advertisements.
Rii.MJ and the jeki Support Advertising Office shall not be liable for any disputes arising between advertisers and third parties regarding the placement of VIBY support advertisements, regardless of the cause, and such disputes shall be resolved between the advertiser and the third party.
- Rii.MJ and the jeki Support Advertising Office shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the advertiser as a result of the placement of a VIBY support advertisement (including all circumstances related to the placement, such as denial of permission or cancellation of placement), regardless of the reason.

If you wish to place a VIBY support advertisement, please apply through the jeki support advertisement office "Cheering AD" website. After reviewing your application, a representative will contact you shortly.

[Other points to note]
Minors are not permitted to place advertisements.
Individuals associated with organized crime (organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, individuals who have ceased to be members of organized crime groups but less than five years have passed since then, quasi-members of organized crime groups, and other similar individuals) are not permitted to place support advertisements.
