【VIBY HOMETOWN TOUR】Kyoto Venue - Information for the Day
Thank you so much for your continued support of VIBY.The "VIBY HOMETOWN TOUR" event at the Kyoto venue will finally be held the day after tomorrow, on Friday, August 14th!
This tour will include a stage (mini-live) that anyone can watch for free,
We will be holding a special "Meet and Greet Event (Photography Allowed)" for VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB "TOMO" monthly plan members, and a "Farewell Event (Photography Allowed)" for those who purchase the 1st CD Single "Miracle: The First Light".
Additionally, TOMO members will receive the VIBY guidebook "Hello! TOMO" and "TOMO TOMO COOKIE" to share with TOMO, on a first-come, first-served basis. Both will be available while supplies last.

1. Mini-live performance (free admission)
Anyone can watch for free. A "priority viewing area" will be set up in front of the stage for TOMO monthly plan members.
Priority viewing area tickets will be distributed at the FC booth on the day of the event, and the ticket numbers will be assigned randomly.
2. Special event
After the mini-live performance, the following fan event will be held.
① Meet and greet event for TOMO monthly plan members (scheduled to start around 12:45) (photography allowed)
This offer is for VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB "TOMO" monthly plan members. TOMO will personally hand you the "TOMO's Diary Memory Sheet" and "Sticker Set".
*Participation in the meet-and-greet is limited to one time per person at the Kyoto venue. Even if you have multiple accounts, you cannot participate multiple times.
② Farewell event for CD purchasers (scheduled to start at 16:00) (Photography allowed)
This offer is only valid for those who purchase the designated CD at the venue on the day of the event.

After your membership status is confirmed at the FC booth, you will receive a "Meet and Greet Participation Ticket," and a staff member will place a "TOMO Monthly Plan Member Wristband" on your arm.
Please be careful, as you will not be able to participate in the meet-and-greet if you lose your meet-and-greet ticket or wristband (for any reason, including damage or loss).
When you participate in the meet-and-greet, a staff member will collect your meet-and-greet ticket. Please keep your wristband on when you leave.
The transfer, resale, or lending of participation tickets and wristbands for the meet-and-greet is strictly prohibited. If discovered, you may be denied participation in the meet-and-greet and may be expelled from the fan club.

When you enter the autograph session lane, we will check the autograph session participation ticket given to you at the FC booth and the wristband you are wearing. Please note that if either item is missing, you will not be able to participate in the autograph session.
Please keep the wristband that the staff member attached to your arm at the FC booth on until the end of the meet-and-greet session.
Participation in the meet-and-greet event is limited to one time per person at the Kyoto venue. Even if you have multiple accounts, you will not be able to participate multiple times. Thank you for your understanding.

*The use of large cameras and telephoto lenses outside of the "Official TOMO Camera Area" is prohibited as it obstructs the view of other customers (only smartphones, tablets, or "compact digital cameras that fit in one hand (non-interchangeable lenses)" are permitted in the general area). Those using large equipment must enter this area.

To ensure the safety of the entire venue and to prevent obstructing the view of other customers, the use of tripods, monopods, step ladders, and selfie sticks is strictly prohibited. Please take photos handheld or around your neck.

During meet-and-greet events and farewell sessions, you are not permitted to take photos with large cameras while you are interacting with the members. (Only handheld or neck-worn smartphone photos are allowed.)
Large lenses that severely obstruct the view of other customers may be restricted from use at the discretion of our staff.

Walking while using your smartphone is prohibited: Looking at your smartphone screen while walking is extremely dangerous as it can cause falls and collisions. When taking photos, please start recording beforehand and keep your eyes focused on the direction you are going or the faces of the members, not on your smartphone screen.
Selfies with members (two-shot style) are prohibited: Taking photos using the front camera or other means that include both the photographer and the member in the frame is strictly prohibited.
Holding a smartphone in one hand and luggage or a cheering board in the other will hinder the smooth progress of events such as receiving gifts at the meet-and-greet. Please make arrangements yourself, such as preparing a bag that can be easily stored away.
To prevent your smartphone from falling while you're taking photos, we recommend using a neck strap or similar device.

Customers carrying metal objects, utility knives, scissors, or other items considered dangerous will be denied entry.
There is no luggage storage facility at the venue. Please manage your own belongings and valuables. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any theft, accidents, etc.
Participation in the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.

Customers carrying metal objects, utility knives, scissors, or other items considered dangerous will be denied entry.
There is no luggage storage facility at the venue. Please manage your own belongings and valuables. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any theft, accidents, etc.
Participation in the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
■ Notes regarding event participation
We regretfully decline all gifts and fan letters for the members. Please refrain from bringing them in.
During the fan event, any physical contact with the members, such as grabbing or pulling their hands, is strictly prohibited.
Defamation of members, immoral remarks, inappropriate demands, and other disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
When using cheering boards, fans, etc., please use them at chest height.
For safety reasons, the use of umbrellas is prohibited in the viewing area during rainy weather at outdoor venues. Please bring rain gear such as a raincoat.
Dangerous activities such as vigorous dancing and jumping are prohibited.
If you are accompanied by a child of elementary school age or older, each child will need their own participation ticket or numbered ticket.
Customers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids should inform a staff member at the venue on the day of the event.
■ Others
Resale, transfer, or forgery of participation tickets and numbered tickets is strictly prohibited.
We do not accept returns or refunds for any of the products in question. Defective products will be exchanged for non-defective ones.
Due to weather, natural disasters, artist circumstances, etc., the event content may be changed, the event may be canceled, or the performing members may change. In such cases, we will not be able to compensate for transportation or accommodation expenses.
[Regarding measures to prevent heatstroke]
*As this event will be held during the summer, please take precautions against heatstroke by bringing a hat, towel, and cooling fan, and by staying hydrated, replenishing electrolytes, and taking breaks as needed.
*If you feel unwell or experience any health problems during the event, please inform a nearby staff member. Also, please inform staff if you notice any sudden changes in the health of other participants or if you observe any signs of illness.
*Please be sure not to overexert yourself when participating.
*In the event of an emergency, we will provide first aid, but the organizers, performers, and venue staff will not be held responsible for any consequences or compensation thereafter.
