<Notes regarding membership status confirmation>
To verify your membership status, please show us the "My Page" screen while logged into the fan club website. Screenshots, screen captures, or printed copies will not be accepted.
Due to congestion around the venue on the day of the event, mobile phone reception may be poor. Please log in in advance before coming to the FC booth.
If you are unable to display your screen due to your smartphone running out of battery or other reasons, we will not be able to provide you with the reward. Please make arrangements in advance, such as bringing your own charger.

<Regarding numbered tickets for the priority viewing area of the live performance>
Priority viewing area tickets for the live performance will be distributed at the FC booth before the live show.
The numbered tickets will be distributed randomly. Please note that entry is not on a first-come, first-served basis.
There is a limited number of numbered tickets available. Please note that distribution will end once all tickets are gone.
Please refrain from lining up around the venue before the FC booth opens, as this will cause inconvenience to local residents and other customers.

<Regarding the participation ticket and wristband for the autograph session>
After your membership status is confirmed at the FC booth, you will receive a "Meet and Greet Participation Ticket," and a staff member will place a "TOMO Monthly Plan Member Wristband" on your arm.
Please be careful, as you will not be able to participate in the meet-and-greet if you lose your meet-and-greet ticket or wristband (for any reason, including damage or loss).
When you participate in the meet-and-greet, a staff member will collect your meet-and-greet ticket. Please keep your wristband on when you leave.
The transfer, resale, or lending of participation tickets and wristbands for the meet-and-greet is strictly prohibited. If discovered, you may be denied participation in the meet-and-greet and may be expelled from the fan club.

[Regarding the meet-and-greet event]


To all members of the VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB "TOMO" monthly plan, the following benefits will be personally delivered to you by the members.

<What is TOMO's Diary Memory Sheet?>
This sheet can be inserted into TOMO's Diary, which will be given to monthly plan members at the VIBY DEBUT SHOWCASE "VIBY LAND" held at Nippon Budokan on August 31st (Monday).
<How to participate in the meet-and-greet>
When you enter the autograph session lane, we will check the autograph session participation ticket given to you at the FC booth and the wristband you are wearing. Please note that if either item is missing, you will not be able to participate in the autograph session.
Please keep the wristband that the staff member attached to your arm at the FC booth on until the end of the meet-and-greet session.
Participation in the meet-and-greet event is limited to one time per person at the Kyoto venue. Even if you have multiple accounts, you will not be able to participate multiple times. Thank you for your understanding.
The distribution of the special offer will end once supplies run out. We will not be able to send it at a later date. Also, we cannot hold items for you. Thank you for your understanding.
The meet-and-greet will end as soon as the line is finished. After the meet-and-greet ends, you will not be able to participate even if you have a meet-and-greet ticket or wristband, so please line up at the meet-and-greet lane as soon as possible.
Please note that participating members and the schedule may change at short notice.
Please note that during the meet-and-greet event, physical contact with the members, such as handshakes or high-fives, and direct handing over of gifts or fan letters are not permitted.

■ Regarding the establishment of the "Official TOMO Camera Area (Professional Camera Area)"
We will set up a dedicated "Official TOMO Camera Area" for customers who use large equipment such as SLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, and telephoto lenses.
*This area is reserved for those using large equipment for photography. Due to limited space, we ask that customers using only smartphones, tablets, or compact digital cameras refrain from entering.
*The use of large cameras and telephoto lenses outside of the "Official TOMO Camera Area" is prohibited as it obstructs the view of other customers (only smartphones, tablets, or "compact digital cameras that fit in one hand (non-interchangeable lenses)" are permitted in the general area). Those using large equipment must enter this area.

Regarding area settings
The official TOMO camera area is planned to be set up in the [rear block] or [side area] of the "priority viewing area". (*The actual location and size will vary depending on the venue. Please check at the venue on the day of the event.) This area may be changed depending on the venue environment and weather.

How to enter
At the FC booth, we will be guiding monthly members who wish to have their photos taken with large equipment. The capacity of this area varies depending on the venue. Guidance will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and will end once the planned number of people has been reached.
Regarding available equipment
This event is for those bringing in and using large equipment such as SLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, and telephoto lenses. (Entry with only a smartphone is not permitted.)

Prohibited actions regarding photography
To ensure the safety of the entire venue and to prevent obstructing the view of other customers, the use of tripods, monopods, step ladders, and selfie sticks is strictly prohibited. Please take photos handheld or around your neck.
Flash photography and live streaming on social media are strictly prohibited.
During meet-and-greet events and farewell sessions, you are not permitted to take photos with large cameras while you are interacting with the members. (Only handheld or neck-worn smartphone photos are allowed.)
Large lenses that severely obstruct the view of other customers may be restricted from use at the discretion of our staff.
Regarding the management of your package
Please be responsible for the safekeeping of your own valuables, including cameras, while inside the venue.
Please keep your belongings, including cameras, within your own personal space (such as at your feet). Please refrain from placing your belongings in the aisle or in adjacent spaces.

⚠️ Request and disclaimer regarding appearances in social media posts
When posting videos or photos you have taken to social media, etc., please be sure to take care to respect the privacy and portrait rights of other customers by blurring or stamping their faces so that they cannot be identified.
The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any troubles that may arise between attendees regarding photography, posting, etc. Please be aware of this in advance and enjoy taking photos while respecting the rules and manners.

■ About CD sales

We will be holding an advance sale starting at 6:00 PM two days before the event (Wednesday, August 12th). https://r10.to/hYehCw
*The product will be displayed after sales begin on August 12th (Wednesday) at 18:00.
*Customers who purchased CDs in advance will receive their "Special Event Participation Ticket" at the event venue on the day of the event.
*If the planned number of CDs is reached through pre-sales, CDs will not be sold on the day of the event. Please understand in advance.
Sales begin on the day of the event: 10:00 AM (scheduled)

■ Payment Methods
The available payment methods (cash, credit card, electronic money, etc.) vary by venue. Depending on the venue's communication conditions, payment methods other than cash may not be available.
The handling of various point cards, parking ticket services, receipt issuance, and gift certificates/coupons varies from venue to venue.

■ Purchase limit and sales end date
There is a limit to the number of CDs available for sale and the number of "Meet & Greet Participation Tickets" issued. Please note that sales and ticket distribution will end once the planned number of items has been reached.
If we anticipate a larger-than-expected turnout, we may set a limit on the number of CDs that can be purchased in a single transaction to allow more people to participate. (If a limit is set, we will announce it at the sales booth before CD sales begin on the day of the event.)

■ Distribution and participation method for the special event participation ticket (farewell event)
For each eligible product purchased, you will receive one "Special Event Participation Ticket (Meet and Greet)" on a first-come, first-served basis. One participation ticket allows you to participate in the meet and greet once.
You will receive one "Special Event Participation Ticket (Meet and Greet)" for each ticket you purchase.
If you wish to participate multiple times, please rejoin the end of the line after your first participation. *Depending on the progress of the event on the day, you may be asked to submit multiple tickets at once.
The fan event will end as soon as the line is finished. You will not be able to participate even if you have a participation ticket after the event has ended, so please get in line as soon as possible.

[Regarding photography and social media posting] (Applies to all areas and all fan events)
During this event, you are permitted to take photos and videos with your smartphone or other devices during the mini-live performance and the meet-and-greet session.

■ Important notes regarding face-to-face photography during the fan event
To ensure a safe and smooth process, we ask for your cooperation with the following points.
Walking while using your smartphone is prohibited: Looking at your smartphone screen while walking is extremely dangerous as it can cause falls and collisions. When taking photos, please start recording beforehand and keep your eyes focused on the direction you are going or the faces of the members, not on your smartphone screen.
Selfies with members (two-shot style) are prohibited: Taking photos using the front camera or other means that include both the photographer and the member in the frame is strictly prohibited.
Holding a smartphone in one hand and luggage or a cheering board in the other will hinder the smooth progress of events such as receiving gifts at the meet-and-greet. Please make arrangements yourself, such as preparing a bag that can be easily stored away.
To prevent your smartphone from falling while you're taking photos, we recommend using a neck strap or similar device.
Flash photography and live streaming on social media are strictly prohibited.
Taking photos in person with cameras other than smartphones (such as compact digital cameras) remains prohibited.

[Common precautions]
■ For details on each venue
On the day of the event, the "waiting area" and "assembly area" before sales begin will be specified in detail for each venue. There may also be unique precautions specific to each facility, so please follow the instructions of the staff on the day.

■ Notes regarding facilities and venues
The venue is a public space used by many people. Any actions that obstruct passage (such as sitting in the aisles, leaving belongings unattended, or talking loudly) are strictly prohibited.
Staying overnight or waiting from early morning around the venue is strictly prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to local residents and the facility.
Waiting for members to arrive or leave the venue, at the nearest train station or airport, and any attempts to track the members are strictly prohibited.

■ Precautions regarding safety management and crime prevention
Customers carrying metal objects, utility knives, scissors, or other items considered dangerous will be denied entry.
There is no luggage storage facility at the venue. Please manage your own belongings and valuables. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any theft, accidents, etc.
Participation in the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.

■ Notes regarding event participation
We regretfully decline all gifts and fan letters for the members. Please refrain from bringing them in.
During the fan event, any physical contact with the members, such as grabbing or pulling their hands, is strictly prohibited.
Defamation of members, immoral remarks, inappropriate demands, and other disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
When using cheering boards, fans, etc., please use them at chest height.
For safety reasons, the use of umbrellas is prohibited in the viewing area during rainy weather at outdoor venues. Please bring rain gear such as a raincoat.
Dangerous activities such as vigorous dancing and jumping are prohibited.
If you are accompanied by a child of elementary school age or older, each child will need their own participation ticket or numbered ticket.
Customers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids should inform a staff member at the venue on the day of the event.

■ Others
Resale, transfer, or forgery of participation tickets and numbered tickets is strictly prohibited.
We do not accept returns or refunds for any of the products in question. Defective products will be exchanged for non-defective ones.
Due to weather, natural disasters, artist circumstances, etc., the event content may be changed, the event may be canceled, or the performing members may change. In such cases, we will not be able to compensate for transportation or accommodation expenses.

[Regarding measures to prevent heatstroke]
*As this event will be held during the summer, please take precautions against heatstroke by bringing a hat, towel, and cooling fan, and by staying hydrated, replenishing electrolytes, and taking breaks as needed.
*If you feel unwell or experience any health problems during the event, please inform a nearby staff member. Also, please inform staff if you notice any sudden changes in the health of other participants or if you observe any signs of illness.
*Please be sure not to overexert yourself when participating.
*In the event of an emergency, we will provide first aid, but the organizers, performers, and venue staff will not be held responsible for any consequences or compensation thereafter.
