New[NOTICE] Regarding application for viewing the VIBY Korean public broadcast and required items
We would like to inform you of the details regarding the public broadcast of VIBY in Korea as follows.
If you wish to participate in the public broadcast, please be sure to check the following information before applying.

1) Please access the pre-registration page via the link in the announcement posted in the "NEWS" section of the VIBY OFFICIAL website, according to the application time indicated in the announcement for each program.
2) When the application period begins, please fill in the required information on the designated form and submit your application.
○ Each person may only apply once.
○ If you apply multiple times, only your first application will be considered valid.
○ Only paid members of VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB [TOMO] can apply.
3) Please fill in the required information on the designated form and submit it within the specified time.
○ Please enter the information on the application form accurately.
○ Required information when applying: Name (Korean or English) / Date of birth (YYMMDD) / Contact information (mobile phone number)
○ For inputs that do not conform to the specified format, applications submitted outside of the application acceptance hours, and duplicate applications,
You will not be included in the participant list.
○ If you do not consent to the collection, use, and provision of your personal information to third parties when applying for the event,
You are not eligible to participate.
4) After the application period ends, a participant list will be added to the participation guide for the relevant program. Please check your name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your phone number listed on the list.

○ VIBY "Miracle: The First Light" CD album (physical copy)
Alternatively, a printout of your album purchase history and your membership information page on the purchase site.
○ Purchase history and purchase site for VIBY's "HANAMARU" and "Gotcha" Korean versions of audio tracks.

● Detailed information regarding items required for identity verification
1) Identification card
○ We cannot verify your identity using photos, screenshots, or copies.
○ Please be sure to provide a document that includes your photograph and date of birth.
○ If your identification document does not include your date of birth, please also bring a document that can verify your date of birth.
○ If you have changed your name, please be sure to bring documents that can prove the name change.
○ We cannot verify your identity with an expired identification document.
○ Examples of identification documents that can be used for identity verification:
For South Korean nationals: Passport, resident registration card, driver's license, youth ID card (issued by community centers), mobile ID card (issued by Government 24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety/National Police Agency, or via the PASS app), etc.
For non-Korean nationals: Passport, alien registration card, etc.
2) VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB [TOMO] Paid Member Digital Membership Card
○ Digital membership cards cannot be verified via screenshots. Please access the official website.
Please display your membership card screen directly.
○ Information entered when applying for admission, information registered on your digital membership card, and information on your identification document

3) Album
○ "Miracle: The First Light" CD album (physical copy)
○ Regardless of the album version, please bring the physical copy, or your purchase history and the website where you purchased it.
You can also verify your membership information by obtaining a printed copy of the member information page.
○ You can also check your album purchase history, but in that case, please also check the purchase site along with your purchase history.
Please prepare a member information page.
○ Please be sure to print out your album purchase history and membership information pages and bring them with you.
○ Album purchase history and member information pages can be viewed on a smartphone screen or via screenshot.
Therefore, we cannot confirm it.
4) Sound source
○ Only music downloads from Melon are valid in your music purchase history.
Purchase history is not accepted.
○ Please be sure to print out your music purchase history and your membership information page on the website and bring them with you.
○ An account in your own name, or an account in the name of a direct family member whose relationship can be confirmed by a family relationship certificate.

○ Your name and age must be listed on your member information page. Your name must match the name on your identification document.

○ The music purchase history and member information pages cannot be viewed on a smartphone screen or as a screenshot.

4) VIBY OFFICIAL FANLIGHT
○ We will confirm that the cheering penlights light up properly at the venue.
Please note that if the lights do not turn on, your entry order may be delayed.
○ If you bring your own cheering penlight, you will receive a sticker with your assigned number.
Even after receiving it, if you do not have a cheering penlight with you at the time of entry, you may be refused entry.
Yes, we have them. Please be sure to keep them with you until you leave the premises after the recording is finished.
● Priority order for fan entry
√ First priority (among the winners, those who bring all necessary items for identity verification)
√ Second priority (Among the winners, those who do not bring one or two items from the following three: album, audio recording, or support penlight)
√ Third priority (Among the winners, those who do not bring the album, audio recording, or support penlight,
(Those who are only registered as paid members of the fan club)
√ Fourth priority (for those who are late)
√ 5th priority (those attending in person on the day)
* Please be sure to bring your identification.
* If you have gathered all the necessary items and returned to the venue before the count of latecomers is completed, you will be allowed to enter at the back of the line. However, depending on the situation on the day, you may not be able to enter if the number of attendees exceeds the capacity, so please be sure to bring all the necessary items with you.
● Information regarding admission
1) The time for headcount confirmation will be announced separately for each public broadcast. Please be sure to adhere to the designated headcount confirmation time.
○ We will begin counting the number of people exactly at the time announced.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time and line up.
2) Please note that if you arrive after the headcount has begun, you will be admitted at the back of the line regardless of your priority entry status.
3) If you notice any latecomers or individuals not listed on the participant list at the venue, please inform the venue staff.
4) If you arrive after the headcount has been completed, you will not be allowed to join even if entry has not yet begun.
5) Transferring or exchanging assigned queue numbers or seats after the number of attendees has been confirmed is prohibited.
* If a transfer or exchange is discovered, both the transferor and the recipient will be blacklisted.

6) The numbered stickers distributed after the head count is confirmed cannot be reissued for any reason. If you lose it, you will not be admitted, so please keep it safe.
7) Even if you receive a numbered ticket, if you do not arrive by the designated time for reconfirmation, your ticket will become invalid and you will be admitted at the back of the line. Please be sure to arrive on time.
8) After the head count is confirmed, leaving your designated area or exiting midway through your stay is prohibited while waiting to enter or after you have entered.
*Please note that you will not be allowed to leave the venue, especially during public broadcasts.
You may leave the premises only after all recording and broadcasting have been completed.
9) Fan-created lists will not be accepted. When it is time for attendance confirmation, on-site staff will line up and verify the number of attendees.
10) Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accept on-site attendance for the live broadcast.
*However, depending on the circumstances on the day, the possibility of on-site participation in the live broadcast may change.
We will announce this on the VIBY OFFICIAL X account.
● Notes regarding attending the public broadcast
1) Personal photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited at all VIBY public broadcasts and official events.
If a violation is discovered, staff will take action, temporarily confiscate the device in question, delete any recorded files and data on the memory, and then return it to you.
Furthermore, if unauthorized filming is discovered, the person will be immediately removed from the premises, their identity will be verified using identification, and they will be added to a blacklist.
* If filming is discovered, all fan club participants may be asked to leave.
Please be very careful.
* Due to broadcasting station regulations, baggage checks will be conducted before entry to prevent the bringing in of cameras and recording equipment.

* Even if you did not take the photo yourself, if you distribute or share it with a third party (including posting it on social media),
Please be aware that you may be added to a blacklist.
2) The use of personal cheering goods other than official cheering goods (such as smartphone electronic display apps, placards, slogans, etc.) is prohibited.
3) At all locations, please be sure to listen carefully to the instructions and precautions given by the staff.
4) Please direct any comments or concerns you have regarding problems or situations that arise on-site to the on-site staff immediately.
5) You will not be allowed to enter or leave the premises during recording or broadcasting.
6) Please refrain from making excessive personal appeals or engaging in any behavior that may disturb others. In particular, if personal appeals or similar behavior continue during filming, you may be asked to leave at the discretion of the on-site staff, so please be aware of this in advance.
7) Whether before or after entering the public broadcast, if you are found to be in possession of merchandise related to other artists (such as glow sticks, placards, or name boards), you will be considered a fan of the other artist and will be asked to leave immediately.
8) You can hand over letters through staff members at the live broadcast venue. However, we cannot accept any gifts other than letters.
9) Even if the matter is not listed above, if a problem arises due to a rule violation or the participant's own negligence, they will be prohibited from participating in all future public broadcasts.
